At the age of 10, Omar’s family, unfortunately, lost their house, but DC was always his home. Omar believes that home is more than just a property: it’s the setting for our life story, a place to be with loved ones, and a tool for blessing the next generations. Born in Georgetown and raised in Logan Circle, Omar has known and loved DC through all its iterations. For 11 years as a Real Estate Professional, Omar has been sharing his love for his city with all those who are looking to call Washington D.C and the metro area home.

Monti is a newly licensed agent in Maryland, but real estate is in her roots. Her dad owns a small real estate brokerage in Dayton, Ohio. After spending 6 years in DC working in politics and at a non-profit, she decided to venture on her own starting her own business. She provides project management and operations support to small businesses and startups -- with an eye for the details, she brings her process-focused approach and love for systems to Rise Residential Group ensuring that each and every transaction goes smoothly.
